Delivery

We offer free delivery throughout the UK on eligible vehicles and machinery. Delivery is arranged using our own transport where available or through established, professional transport companies that we regularly work with. All third-party transport providers used by us are appropriately insured to transport vehicles and machinery.

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 working days from the date payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the type and size of the machine, and transporter availability.

If you require your vehicle or machine urgently, please contact our sales team before completing your purchase. While we cannot guarantee an expedited delivery, we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requirements where transporter availability allows. Before delivery, we will contact you to confirm the expected delivery date and any relevant arrangements.

Collection

Customers who prefer to collect their vehicle or machine may do so by prior arrangement. All collections must be arranged with our team in advance, and payment must be received and fully cleared before the vehicle or machine can leave our premises.

For security and administrative purposes, no vehicle or machine will be released until the purchase price has been received in full.

Export

International enquiries are welcome. We are able to sell vehicles and machinery to customers outside the United Kingdom.

Customers arranging an export purchase are responsible for organising international transportation and any applicable customs, import duties, taxes, registration requirements or other destination-country charges. Where required, we are happy to assist with the loading of vehicles and machinery for export and can cooperate with your nominated transport or shipping company to facilitate collection.

The required documentation depends on the destination country and the nature of the transaction — customers should ensure that all necessary export and import documentation is arranged before collection. Where VAT-free or zero-rated export treatment is applicable, the appropriate documentation and evidence of permanent export must be provided in accordance with applicable UK VAT requirements. VAT treatment is confirmed on an individual transaction basis.

Payments

All vehicles and machinery must be paid for in full and the payment must have cleared before the goods are released for delivery or collection. We will not release any vehicle or machine while payment remains pending, incomplete or subject to clearance. Until full payment has been received and cleared, all goods remain the property of the company.

Bank transfer / Faster Payment — bank transfer and Faster Payment are our preferred methods of payment. Our official bank details will be provided on your invoice or through our authorised sales team.

For your security, please verify our payment details with us before making a transfer. We will never ask customers to send payment to an alternative bank account without prior confirmation through our official channels.
